Luxury Resorts is proud to recognize that our Associates are our most
important asset. We strive to offer a comprehensive benefits program
that will help put your mind at ease during your employment with
us. Active, full-time, associates working more than 30 hours per
week, are eligible to enroll in the LXR Benefits Program after
three (3) months of continuous service. The plans available are
dependent on location. Luxury Resorts shares the cost of the
insurance coverage with associates.
The following is a general outline of some of the benefits that we provide to our associates:
Associate Discount Room Program
We understand that we work in a unique industry and want to share
the experience of staying in a world-class hotel or resort with our
associates. Therefore, we provide our associates with the opportunity
to experience our properties at a significant discount.
Medical Insurance/Group Health Plans
Choosing a medical plan option that meets your needs, as well as those of your family, is very important.
At LXR, depending on your locations, we have several medical plan options.
These plans are intended to protect you from financial hardship in the event of illness
or injury. Your medical plan also provides benefits for preventive care, as a precautionary
measure, to ensure your good health. All insurance plans cover physician office
visits, hospitalization, and prescription amongst other services
Eligibility: Full time associates working 30 or more hours per week may be eligible to
enroll in the LXR Luxury Resorts benefits program effective the first day of the month
coincident with or following three months of continuous, regular full-time, employment.
Coverage: Coverage is available for Employee only, Employee + Spouse, or eligible domestic
partner, Employee + Child (Children), and Employee + Family, for all plans.
Cost: Cost is based on plan, coverage and location. (Note: For most plans, if the associate
is a smoker, higher rates will apply
Group Dental Plan
We offer you and your family the opportunity to receive valuable dental care
benefits. Our Dental Plans covers preventive and diagnostic care, restorative
care, and orthodontia. We have several dental plan options based on your coverage
and location.
Vision
LXR Luxury Resorts offers you and your family notable discounts on vision
care. Some plans cover routine vision exams as well as prescription eyeglasses
and contact lenses. Coverage depends on the type of service or eyewear, or
whether you choose a participating provider.
Paid Time Off
LXR provides you with time off to manage your personal time and recharge your
batteries. Vacation, sick, and holiday paid time, is available depending on
your years of service, and number of hours worked.
Life Insurance
LXR Luxury Resorts offers a variety of ways to protect your family with life
insurance. At no cost to you, LXR provides you with Basic Life and Accidental
Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance. You will also have various options to
buy additional life insurance coverage.
Short And Long Term Disability
LXR provides Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability at no cost to you.
401k Retirement Savings Plan
LXR Luxury Resorts cares about our associates' financial health. Associates are eligible
to participate in a LXR-sponsored 401(k) plan. It's a lucrative way to build wealth for
retirement - tax-deferred contributions, automatic payroll deductions, professionally
managed investment options - the list is long and the advantages are great.
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Our Employee Assistance Program is available to all associates, their families and
individuals residing in the same household. The program offers confidential, professional
help with any issue affecting relationships at home or at work - stress, conflict with
co-workers, marital and family problems, alcoholism, drug abuse, coping with aging
parents, even legal or financial issues. All problems are addressed in a safe and
private atmosphere with the highest confidentiality.
